Evan believes public dollars belong in public schools, not private or charter systems. He also supports funding for preschool so every child gets a fair start.

He believes our tax system should reward work, not just wealth, and supports fair taxes on the richest individuals and corporations.

On healthcare, Evan backs expanding Medicare to make coverage more accessible: a plan his opponent opposed. For him, healthcare is about people, not politics.
